Asian Market Tours

Picture
Dear friends,

Oh, how I've missed spending time with you discovering the markets. I still remember the Oohs,  Aaahs, and Whoa shouts of wonder. I can't wait till the day when I can safely show you the exotic produce, fruit, and sauces in our local markets.
Unfortunately, I have to be patient for now. To learn how COVID has come into my life experience, please see the Services page.
I pray that one day soon, I can once again trot around in delight amid our marvelous Asian markets.
Wishing you a healthy and wonderful 2025!

 West Coast Flavors

The West Coast is home to many different Asian ethnic groups. Local arts, culture, and business have been positively influenced by their contributions. Clearly this is the case with cuisine. Just witness the proliferation of Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai, and Korean restaurants in West Coast communities. The interplay of Eastern and Western flavors is the hallmark of the fusion cooking is now an American staple. Just think ... salmon sushi rolls with cream cheese, hot dogs with kimchi and sriracha sauce on just about everything!
