Making Martabak

Martabak is an Indonesian crepe made with curried ground beef, eggs and onions sandwiched between crispy egg roll sheets. Sold on the streets of Jakarta by food vendors, it's been a childhood favorite snack of mine. This June, I held a class to share this wonderful, exotic recipe with others.
